Roberta — School Director & Compliance Coordinator

Roberta is a Master Cosmetologist and Master Esthetician with more than 30 years in the beauty industry. She helped open several Paul Mitchell Schools across the country, and today she works as a Master Stylist, Master Esthetician, and Permanent Makeup Artist at one of Utah’s top-rated salons and spas. She brings that hands-on and regulatory expertise to her role as School Director and NACCAS Compliance Coordinator.

Sydnee Moore — Director of Education

Sydnee is a Licensed Master Esthetician and Instructor who leads our education program. With a strong background in both esthetic education and medical spa management, she brings a well-rounded approach to skincare training and professional development. After several years as a lead esthetics instructor and med spa manager, she has played a key role in developing our curriculum and shaping the standards we teach by.

Cheri Greenburg — Spa Director & Customer Relations

Cheri is a Master Esthetician and Licensed Instructor with deep experience in spa management, team leadership, and client care. Across her career, she has run daily spa operations — staff development, scheduling, and guest experience — while mentoring estheticians and helping businesses grow. A top graduate of her own esthetics program, she pairs real-world industry knowledge with a genuine passion for teaching, helping students build the skills, confidence, and professionalism today’s beauty industry expects.

Terra is a licensed Master Esthetician and Instructor as well as a nationally certified Medical Assistant with six years of clinical experience. She brings that medical and clinical background into the classroom to give students a well-rounded, results-oriented education. Terra is dedicated to student success, and she works to build professional growth, technical skill, and confidence in everyone she teaches.
